Boca Raton

Classic elegance, every kind of street

Boca is really a dozen markets in one. On the water in East Boca you have Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club and The Sanctuary. For club life there's Woodfield Country Club, St. Andrews Country Club, and Boca West. Head west and Boca Bridges and the newer gated communities trade proximity for space, newer construction, and value. Downtown around Mizner Park keeps everything walkable.

Delray Beach

Walkable downtown, coastal charm

Atlantic Avenue and a genuinely walkable village feel make Delray one of the most beloved towns on the coast. Pineapple Grove is the arts district, full of murals and steps from the action. Lake Ida draws people who want bigger lots and a freshwater lake. Seagate puts you near the sand, and Tropic Isle is the deep-water boating pocket on the Boca line.
